Betfair launches new casino ad campaign
Campaign, entitled "Huge", will be aired on TV until the end of December.

Betfair has launched a new seven-figure casino advertising campaign, which the operator describes as its “biggest ever” investment in casino TV marketing.
The advert is part of a campaign due to run until the end of December, and will air on channels including Sky Sports, ESPN, Channel 4, Channel 5 and British Eurosport.
Entitled “Huge”, the campaign will run across all acquisition channels, with the operator’s UK and Ireland director Peter Marcus saying: “The online casino market place is becoming increasingly cluttered and we wanted something to set us apart from the crowd. The big and bold creative makes an immediate impact and is a significant departure from what our competitors are doing.”
The ad launch continues a busy month for Betfair, following the announcements that CFO Stephen Morana will leave once a successor has been identified and the exchange operator will launch a new poker offering with Playtech.
It also lodged a formal complaint with the European Commission concerning gambling legislation in Cyprus, launched a freeplay gaming website in Canada, and signed an information sharing agreement with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
