Sportradar in tennis distribution deal
Agreement with International Tennis Federation to begin in 2013 and last for four years.

Sports data service provider Sportradar has agreed a deal with the International Tennis Federation (ITF) to secure exclusive worldwide distribution rights on live data from selected official tournaments.
Set to officially begin in 2013, the deal will last for four years and follows the ITF’s search for a partner which dates back to October 2011.
Under the terms of the agreement Sportradar will distribute data to egaming and betting companies as well as media organisations and other interested parties, while the company also becomes the ITF’s preferred streaming partner.
The news comes four months after Sportradar’s betting arm Betradar launched its Live Centre Euro 2012 mobile app in advance of this summer’s European Football Championships.
Sportradar CEO Carsten Koerl said: “We are very pleased to begin this collaboration which opens up a great opportunity to build a new market with the ITF,” adding that “We are convinced that we can create exciting new products for our clients around the world.”
