William Hill Online launches VIP live dealer room
Evolution Gaming extends WHOs live casino offering with launch of dedicated VIP area at production studios in Riga.
Live dealer technology provider Evolution Gaming has extended William Hill Online’s live casino offering with the launch of a dedicated VIP area.
Hosted at Evolution’s purpose-designed production studios in Riga, Latvia, the dedicated environment is designed and branded to William Hill Online specifications and seeks to replicate the look-and-feel of a VIP-focused land-based casino. William Hill was the first of Evolution’s clients to design and install a dedicated area for its live online dealer customers.
Customer service is also tailored to the needs of a VIP audience staffed by a team that includes native speaking English dealers English, Spanish and Cantonese VIP hosts all wearing William Hill corporate uniforms and supported by real-time customer relationship management tools.
Each host is on-hand to answer in real-time any questions players may have in real-time via live video feed, internet chat or by telephone. The hosts can also organise exclusive table bookings and instantly award credits or refunds to customers’ accounts.
According to Evolution all the room hosts have been hand-picked from leading land-based venues to deliver a service that “truly mirrors the VIP service found in high-end ‘real’ casinos”.
Visitors to the William Hill VIP area can choose from live roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat tables in a Salle Privée. A further seven dedicated Live Blackjack tables are also available, while space for further expansion has been factored into the studio plan.
Colin Cole-Johnson, eGaming director at William Hill called the move “another major investment for William Hill in online, and part of our strategy to deliver further incremental revenue from this growing sector”.
Svante Liljevall, chief operating officer of Evolution, called William Hill a “model client” adding it is “always keen to exploit new ideas, which in turn gives us the opportunity to create better and better online services. Together we really are pushing forward the boundaries of what is possible in live online gaming”.
At the beginning of March Evolution launched a dedicated room for Unibet following on from the live solution it provided the operator three years ago.
The system upgrades the existing live games offering at unibet.com to five dedicated tables including one live roulette and four live Blackjack tables.
A month earlier Evolution signed an exclusive deal with Dutch operator Oranje Casino to supply two localised live casino tables, a strategy that it first implemented in Italy with bwin.party’s Italian subsidiary Gioco Digitale, becoming the first live casino to be approved by Italian regulator AAMS.
