Cozy goes live with Facebook platform
US-facing social gaming platform from Indian developer features bingo and various side-games.

Indian social games developer Cozy Games has launched its Facebook platform, aimed at the US market.
First reported by eGaming Review in December, the virtual credits-based game features five variants of bingo and more than 80 side games, and is expected to put the company in a good position to adapt to any relevant changes in American egaming legislation.
The news comes less than two months after eGaming Review exclusively revealed that Facebook had held exploratory talks with several egaming operators with regards to opening up for real-money gambling.
Zynga, whose Texas Hold’Em Poker app is the most popular egaming-related offering on the social network with more than 30million monthly active users, was reported by digital blog AllThingsD to be considering partnering with an egaming company over a potential real-money offering, while another social gaming company – Double Down Interactive – was recently purchased by IGT for US$500m.
Cozy Games COO Tim Green, who began his new role earlier this month, said: “The launch of the US focused platform offers a whole host of opportunities for those seeking a managed white label solution…[and] we are actively looking to work with partners to develop mobile and social gaming opportunities in the US and elsewhere.”
