888 launches Big Brother Bingo
Gibraltar-licensed operator partners with Endemol and Channel 5 on themed game.
888 has partnered with Endemol and Channel 5 to launch Big Brother Bingo in tandem with the latest celebrity series of the reality TV show.
The game will allow players to win prizes related to the programme “ which moved to Channel 5 from rival Channel 4 last year “ including VIP tickets for eviction nights.
888’s relationship with Endemol dates back to May 2010, when the two teamed up on an Italian joint venture aimed at launching games based on Big Brother and other shows from the Dutch-founded production company such as Deal or no Deal.
Endemol Games UK managing director Jurian van der Meer said: “Big Brother fans love to immerse themselves in the show via its many different platforms and this deal with 888 and Channel 5 offers another exciting and entertaining way for them to do so.”
The new site features 75-ball, 90-ball and 5-line bingo variants, as well as guaranteed daily jackpots and forums allowing players to discuss both bingo and Big Brother.
Among the contestants on the current series of Celebrity Big Brother are Reservoir Dogs actor Michael Madsen (pictured) and model Georgia Salpa.
