32Red signs Swansea City FC sponsorship deal
32Red has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Swansea City football club.

32Red has signed a shirt sponsorship deal with Swansea City football club.
The two-year sponsorship deal, the biggest in the club’s history, will see the 32Red.com logo placed on the front of the Swans’ home and away shirt and become the club’s ‘official online gaming partner’.
It includes allowing the club to share revenue drawn from 32Red’s online casino, poker and betting offering by offering promotional deals to supporters.
However 32Red and the club “remain committed to acting responsibly within the community and will be supporting Football League guidelines not to promote gambling on the children’s shirts,” a press release stated.
32Red chief executive Ed Ware said: “The deal means we will once again raise our profile throughout the UK by becoming part of the football scene. And thanks to the increased media coverage of the Championship, we expect our tie up with the Swans to deliver significant interest in our online casino.”
As reported on EGRmagazine.com today, 32Red has signed a payment processing deal with PayPal, joining PartyGaming, Paddy Power and 888 on the small but growing list of egaming operators accepted by the payments giant, which in 2003 was fined $10m by US authorities for facilitating gambling payments.
In other sponsorship news recently, co-chief executive Manfred Bodner denied rumours that Bwin has entered negotiations to extend its Real Madrid sponsorship, and PartyPoker launched a grassroots poker team.
