
News in brief: PPA names Muny VP of player relations; bwin.party; IGT
Lobby group's former state director for Kentucky recently resigned as a "Friend of Full Tilt."

The Poker Players Alliance (PPA) has named Rich Muny as vice president of player relations, according to an announcement made by the lobbying group on the Two Plus Two poker forums. Muny, who resigned as a “Friend of Full Tilt” in the light of Black Friday, had previously served as the PPA’s state director for Kentucky.
bwin.party has extended its sponsorship deal with basketball regulatory body FIBA until 2014. The deal, which will include live streaming in 30 different countries, incorporates Olympic qualifying and the 2014 FIBA World Championships, among other events.
International Game Technology (IGT) will supply games for Moneygaming.com, under the terms of an agreement with the Game Account Network. The 70 games – which will be accessed through IGT’s remote game server – include the Star Trek slots game.
Affiliate programme platform PartnerLogic, which signed up with Income Access last year, has rebranded as InterPartners. As part of the rebranding, InterPartners’ deal with Income Access has been relaunched.
Bodog Asia has begun work on a new live dealer studio in the Philippines. No date has been set for the launch of the brand’s live dealer offering, which will include two games popular in Asia – sic bo and dragon tiger – as well as roulette and baccarat.
