PKR's French site goes live
PKR's French offering went live today, following the company being awarded a French licence in August.

PKR’s French online poker room went live today, having been awarded a licence from the French regulator nearly two months ago.
PKR’s French offering will offer a range of real money cash games, sit and go’s and tournaments and a full play money version where new users can learn the game without risk.
eGaming Review reported back in August that PKR had been approved for a French licence by the regulator ARJEL.
Jean-Pierre Houareau, President of PKR France said: “We’re delighted to be able to welcome French players to PKR.fr where they can enjoy playing on our unique software. Our French community is of great importance to us, and we look forward to welcoming them back to PKR with a great range of promotions and tournaments.”
Two well-known French poker players will act as brand ambassadors for the new site, Adrien ‘zlatan35’ Allain and Marc ‘waswini’ Bariller. Both have played at the World Series of Poker Main Event in Las Vegas.
The French PKR website can only be accessed by French residents.
