Betsson migrates to new front-end tech platform
Operator claims it now has “world’s largest” mobile casino as it launches Betsson.com brand on One Betsson Group platform
Betsson Group claims to now offer the world’s largest mobile casino after migrating its flagship Betsson.com brand to the operator’s new front-end technology platform.
The One Betsson Group (OBG) platform acts as a ‘component layer’ that sits between the company’s core Techsson platform and the front-ends of the Group’s 21 B2C brands.
The Betsson.com brand is the first to launch on the platform and with more than 800 games now on the offer, the Stockholm-headquartered firm claims to have the industry’s largest mobile casino product.
“We’re very excited to be able to offer such a diverse range of games on Betsson.com’s mobile casino,” said Fredrik Axelsson, managing director for Betsson.com.
Ladbrokes Aus to launch new The Global Tote product
Ladbrokes Australia has struck a deal with TopBetta to become the first wagering operator to launch the company’s new The Global Tote product.
The deal will see Ladbrokes Coral’s Australia-facing business begin integrating TopBetta’s B2B wagering product this month and could prompt it to replace its tote derivative products.
The Global Tote is a “wholesale tote product” which enables licensed betting operators from all over the world to participate in a global pool, with international thoroughbred racing fixtures the first to launch.

LeoVegas seals HTML5 content deal with Pragmatic Play
Stockholm-listed operator LeoVegas has struck a deal with Pragmatic Play to integrate the supplier’s portfolio of HTML5 online casino games.
LeoVegas has already unveiled a number of Pragmatic Play’s multi-channel games, with additional plans to integrate the Malta-based developer’s proprietary Client Hub staging environment.
The tool enables its partners to login and test upcoming games, while its new ‘simulation mode’ also lets the supplier’s customers trigger various special bonus features in games to boost the testing process.
SBTech inks sportsbook and gaming deal with winmasters
SBTech has agreed a deal to provide its full sports betting solution and online gaming platform to international sportsbook winmasters.
The agreement will see winmasters retain significant trading control, enabling it to manage its own risk, set staking limits, personalise marketing campaigns, and manage sportsbook liability in real-time.
Richard Carter, SBTech chief executive, said: “We are delighted to be supplying winmasters with our complete tier-one solution, and have very high expectations for their continued success, given winmasters’ proven capabilities and highly knowledgeable marketing partners.”
Ladbrokes and Unibet back new Belgian trade body
Ladbrokes and Unibet are among six founding members of the Belgian Association of Gaming Operators (BAGO), a new trade association for the country’s gambling sector.
The trade body’s members make up 70% of the Belgian regulated online and offline gaming market and also include Betfirst.be and Ardent Group.
According to a statement from the group, BAGO members consider it their “social responsibility” to hold an active dialogue with all stakeholders, to give government and citizens a better understanding of what the industry does and means.
