Betsafe makes horseracing push with Twiston-Davies partnership
Betsson-owned sportsbook inks two-year sponsorship deal with British jump jockey

Betsafe has signed British jump jockey Sam Twiston-Davies as a brand ambassador, as the Betsson-owned sportsbook tries to establish itself as the “go-to place for horseracing insights”.
The two-year deal will see Twiston-Davies ride in Betsafe branded silks and feature in an upcoming ATL campaign alongside other Betsafe ambassadors.
The jockey will be joined at Betsafe by well-respected presenter Luke Harvey, and together the pair will produce content and interview pieces across Betsafe’s various platforms.
Twiston-Davies is number one stable jockey to multi times champion trainer Paul Nicholls and is known for his association with The New One, the prolific hurdles winner trained by his father Nigel.
“At 25, Sam Twiston-Davies has already had a successful career in jump racing in horseracing, so it’s a real coup for Betsafe to have secured him as an ambassador” said Nicola Fitton, managing director at Betsafe.
“Needless to say I am thrilled to welcome Sam to the team and thank him for choosing Betsafe. This is yet another industry-leading signing as we look to continue to demonstrate that passion overcomes the odds.”
Betsafe launched its horseracing product earlier this year in an effort to boost its presence in the UK and Ireland. The product is powered by the RaceBets trading team and technology acquired by Betsson for €40m last year.
Twiston-Davies adds to Betsafe’s growing roster of sports ambassadors, which also includes Conor McGregor, Tony Bellew, Manchester City, Jimi Manuwa, Cage Warriors, and Saracens.
