
Kindred targets Romania with new casino brand
VladCazino launch part of operator’s strategy to develop “hyper-local brands”


Kindred Group has announced the launch of a new casino brand, VladCazino, aimed at the Romanian online market.
Kindred said the in-house-developed offering was part of its strategy to target key markets through “hyper-local brands”.
The Swedish firm also claimed it was the first time an operator had launched an additional brand to an existing licence in Romania, signifying its growth ambitions for the market.
“As Kindred continues to grow, it’s important that we always stay close to our customers,” said Ebba Ljungerud, chief commercial officer at Kindred Group.
“Vlad Cazino is the result of an impressive team effort within the company, offering our Romanian customers a product and experience truly tailored to their needs.
“We are now really excited for Vlad Cazino to get off to a great start, and as with all of our brands, provide the highest standards of customer experience, product offerings and player safety.”
The launch follows the successful introduction of the Storspelare/Storspiller brand in the Swedish and Norwegian markets in early 2017, with all three brands developed in-house and hosted on Kindred’s proprietary platform.
The firm also recently expanded its table games offering thanks to a new deal with Relax Gaming.
