River iGaming targets “traditional players” with Vegas-themed UK brand
Vegas Casino offers live casino games to appeal to traditional casino players over “softer bingo player base”

Olso-listed River iGaming’s UK business has launched its first brand since acquiring Gaming Realms’ B2C operations Grizzly platform in June last year.
Speaking to EGR, MD of River iGaming UK Simon Collins said the product was targeting traditional casino players over the softer bingo player base that Gaming Realms brands are traditionally geared towards.
VegasCasino predominantly offers live casino via its partnership with Evolution Gaming.
“We also plan to onboard other tier-one games from various providers,” Collins said.
“As not all of these will be available to competitors in the market, this should give us a nice edge.”
The operator plans to build on its UK presence by heavily investing in its Grizzly platform which was also acquired in the £34.5m Gaming Realms deal.
Collins said: “We will also be revealing a new innovative offering this year which we believe will shake up the sector.”
Last month the operator said it was looking for new ways to generate growth in the UK business after gross gaming revenue fell 8% between Q3 and Q4 in 2018.
Its Spin Genie, Pocket Fruity and X-Factor games saw revenues dip 8% to £2.4m, with NDCs down 24% between Q3 and Q4.
