Kindred relocates Sydney operations to accommodate growing staff numbers
Operator has been focusing on hiring IT staff in the city to work from its new Kent Street office

Kindred has relocated its Sydney operations to an office on Kent Street after outgrowing its Clarence Street location earlier this year.
General manager for the Australian business, Peter Staunton told EGR the operator has been focusing on growing its IT capabilities in the city to complement the entire group’s operations.
The office, located close to the Barangaroo district, houses 59 full-time employees and 18 contractors but has space to hold up to 105 staffers.
Operations in Sydney include technology, marketing, trading and finance and the office ensures Kindred’s presence as an active player in the Australian betting market.
On the move Staunton said: “Over the last three years Kindred has expanded it’s Australian team with a strong emphasis on building a highly experienced IT development team with the skills to deliver a world class race wagering platform for the global company.
“This together with the growth of the Unibet brand in the Australian market has necessitated larger premises,” he said.
This is the third office Kindred has moved into in the city to accommodate growing staff numbers
Kindred also has an office in Darwin which employs just under 20 customer-support agents and traders and is located at Fannie Bay.
