BetMakers secures deal to build Tom Waterhouse betting app
ASX-listed racing technology group also gets contract to create B2B trading solution

Australian horseracing technology provider BetMakers has agreed a deal with Tom Waterhouse to build a new betting app for the brand.
The app will be released to 80,000 members on tomwaterhouse.com to offer punters access to Australian bookmakers via an affiliate CPA platform.
Waterhouse said: “This is a great concept because it provides our clients the best chance to get the right price on our selections – as well as their own selections.
“For bookmakers, we believe this will deliver the best CPA solution from any of their acquisition strategies,” he added.
BetMakers will also produce a global pricing and trading desk as part of a B2B-managed trading services package for Waterhouse Group, available to racing operators in Australia.
As part of the deal, BetMakers will receive revenues generated from both products in a shared arrangement with the Waterhouse Group.
Both agreements are conditional on shareholder approval.
Waterhouse added: “I am excited by both these significant new ventures and as a supportive shareholder of the company going forward that we have settled on a perfect partnership.”
