Lottoland B2B division delivers G Games equity injection
Online lottery betting operator pounces with “significant equity investment” in supplier

Lottoland’s B2B division ALOT Solutions has made a “significant equity investment” in online gaming slots design and development company G Games.
Formal terms of the investment have not been disclosed, however it is understood the new investment will be used to enhance ALOT’s existing prize cover, technology and content as the business expands into new markets.
It will also enable further collaboration on ad-hoc strategic ventures including lottery tenders between both firms. As part of the deal G Games, the former Gluck/Gamevy business, will continue to operate independently.
ALOT Solutions CEO Michael Carruthers hailed the “significant investment” for the business, highlighting G Games’ strong portfolio of titles.
“I am very impressed by G Games’ lottery content and the reach they have in the industry and I look forward to working more closely with them over the coming months and years,” said Carruthers.
“This investment will help us to grow faster as we power innovation in the lottery, gaming and prize promotion sectors to benefit players, operators and their good causes,” he added.
Formed by the merger of Gluck and Gamevy in 2019, today the company employs around 80 staff mainly in the UK and Spain. It supplies state lotteries and sportsbook and casino customers including Sky Bet.
Lottoland and G Games have a strong existing relationship as Lottoland founder David Van Rosen invested in both Gamevy and Gluck Group in previous years.
The businesses have also collaborated on several content-related deals and products in the past.
G Games CEO Paul Dolman-Darrall welcomed the addition of ALOT Solutions as an investor in the G Group business.
He said: “Over the last few years, we have grown our lottery client base significantly and are now working with Sisal in Italy and Morocco as well as Milli Piyango, Latvijas Loto, Norsk Tipping, Lottomatica, Snai and Danske Spil among others.”
