Parimatch Tech initiates structural shift for Russian operations
Online operator moves Dmitry Sergeev to work alongside Parimatch Russia CEO Ruslan Medved to oversee brand development

Parimatch Tech has appointed company stalwart Dmitry Sergeev to lead the development of its Parimatch Russia brand as head of Parimatch Eastern Europe.
Sergeev has served as CEO for the Parimatch Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) division since April 2019 but will now transition to the Russian brand as it separates from Parimatch CIS.
Working alongside current Parimatch Russia CEO Ruslan Medved, Sergeev will be responsible for developing the brand in Russia and taking charge of its expansion across Central and Eastern Europe based on local betting licences.
Parimatch said it anticipated no further structural changes to the Parimatch Russia brand following Sergeev’s transition.
Following Sergeev’s departure, Parimatch CIS will be led by Yuliya Leshkova, who currently serves as deputy CEO for Parimatch Belarus.
Sergeev said: “Russia represents a huge potential for future growth, and our continued expansion across the region increasingly demands more and more from each of us on the team, which I’m delighted to be leading.
“Each of our CIS regional markets have evolved into a strong business unit demonstrating great financial performance and exponential growth. I wish all the best to Yuliya in her new role and will support and help her in every way possible,” he added.
