PressEnter Group hires former Betsson managing director for Spain
Malta headquartered operator appoints David Plumi to oversee expansion into Spain and Latam
Betsson’s managing director for Spain, David Plumi, has departed his role after two years to join online operator PressEnter Group as regional managing director Latam and Spain.
Plumi has been tasked with building Spanish and Latam teams and ensuring the business is prepared for launch in each market.
He comes with vast experience in the industry having held senior positions at CIRSA, Sportium and PokerStars before moving to Betsson in January 2020.
Thomas Groven, chief commercial officer at PressEnter Group, said: “David is an incredibly talented and passionate executive with an unrivalled understanding of Spanish speaking markets. This makes him the perfect candidate to lead our drive into Spain and Latin America.”

PressEnter started out as Betpoint Group in 2018, however, in October 2021 a rebrand signalled the start of new era for the company as it aims to establish itself as a tier-one organisation within the online industry.
