Sky Bet launches AccaAssist tool from Checkd Dev
Flutter Entertainment bookmaker unveils data and information-led betting tool to help punters
Sky Bet has tapped technology firm Checkd Dev to launch a data-led betting tool dubbed AccaAssist.
AccaAssist has been developed out of Checkd Dev’s own SmartAcca tool which has been used across Checkd Group’s Betting Hub app.
AccaAssist allows bettors to build accumulator bets based on statistics and historical information provided by Opta.
The tool promises to allow customers to make “more educated betting decisions”.
The launch of AccaAssist with Sky Bet is the first time Checkd Dev’s technology has been licensed for use by an operator, with the tool being adapted to meet the requirements of Sky Bet.
Adam Patton, Checkd Dev MD, said: “Our SmartAcca tool continues to prove to be a big hit with our large sports betting community who use it to inform their betting choices through our Betting Hub app.
“It was a natural evolution for this product to be licensed to operators for their direct use. It’s fantastic to see Sky Bet as the first to go live with a bespoke version of the tool and we believe that it has the potential to revolutionise how its customers make their accumulator selections,” he added.
