SKS365 inks Featurespace anti-fraud partnership

Sports betting operator SKS365 Group has agreed a partnership with fraud prevention and risk management company Featurespace.

SKS365 will use the ARIC Fraud Hub, which utilises adaptive behavioural analytics to model normal customer behaviours, detecting anomalies quickly with the aim of speeding up processes.

In addition, the ARIC Fraud Hub enables the creation and testing of new compliance rules in a sandbox staging environment before they are deployed live.

Louisa Curran, head of fraud and payments at SKS365, welcomed the new partnership saying that the challenge of dealing with gambling related fraud called for an “intelligent solution that can grow with us and detect and prevent legitimate attacks”.

Curran added: “Featurespace allows us to achieve this, allowing us to reinvest our resources into maintaining the integrity of planetwin365 and the trust that our genuine customers have placed in us and it.”

The ARIC Fraud Hub currently risk scores over 50 billion transactions and firms including Betfair and William Hill currently utilise their services.
