Gamban plots relaunch and rebrand
Blocking software provider targets increased user friendliness with new roll-out

Blocking software provider Gamban has announced it will rebrand following a full revamp of its software and support services.
Gamban will launch a new version of its website with “improved usability, information and support services” and will also be introducing a user dashboard that enables individuals to manage their devices and licences via one interface.
The provider recently unveiled new versions of its applications on the iOS & Android platforms, targeting a more “user-friendly interface” for individuals using its services.
In tandem with these enhancements, Gamban has said it will be launching several support service updates including live chat, video guides, website reporting, device compatibility checking, troubleshooting, an expanded support and FAQ library and webinars.
In October 2018, Gamban was included in GambleAware’s problem gambling treatment strategy following an extensive review by the gambling-support charity.
Under this inclusion, all individuals undergoing treatment in GambleAware’s national gambling treatment centres are offered Gamban services for free.
Last month, Sky Betting & Gaming also announced that it would offer self-excluded customers a free-subscription to Gamban as part of a pilot scheme with the blocking provider.
If successful a free 12-month subscription will be made available to individuals who have self-excluded for five years or more.
