Oddschecker appoints new Australia country manager
Ladbrokes.com.au's former head of harness racing Adrian Molloy to lead the sports betting affiliate's Australia expansion

Odds comparison site Oddschecker has appointed Adrian Molloy to lead the firm’s Australia-facing business ahead of its planned expansion Down Under in 2016, eGaming Review has learned.
Molloy joined the London-headquartered sports betting affiliate as Australia country manager last month after working as an online gambling consultant for more than two years.
His appointment forms part of a wider international expansion plan with Oddschecker also looking to grow its presence in the Italian market – the firm is currently in the process of hiring a country manager.
Prior to his consultancy work, Molloy worked for Australian sports betting operator Gaming Investments (GIPL) which was acquired by Ladbrokes in September 2013 for AUS$22.5m.
During his near two-year tenure at GIPL, Molloy was head of harness racing trading for the operator’s Bookmaker.com.au subsidiary which was later rebranded to Ladbrokes.com.au.
Molloy also spent time as a horseracing analyst and in financial markets as a derivatives trader.
The sports betting affiliate was recently the recipient of the prize for best Sports Betting Affiliate at the eGR Operator Awards 2015.
