Punters.com.au appoints Tabcorp exec as new CEO
Tabcorp’s Ben Bloomfield to replace Punters founder Luc Pettett in January 2018

Punters.com.au has appointed Tabcorp’s Ben Bloomfield as its new CEO, replacing current CEO and founder Luc Pettett.
Bloomfield is currently general manager of technology, wagering and media at Australian staking giant Tabcorp, having worked at the firm since October 2016.
Bloomfield will take over from Pettett in January, as the Punters founder looks to spend more time with his family and “pursue new goals”.
Punters.com.au is an Australian digital racing publication and affiliate site that is 100% owned by News Corp.
News Corp Australia executive chairman Michael Miller told bandt.com: “I congratulate Luc on building a business like Punters and thank him for making sure it is positioned for continued expansion as he departs.
“His efforts to ensure the incoming CEO Ben Bloomfield matched Punters’ aspirations have been excellent.”
Punters was named Affiliate of the Year at last year’s EGR Australia Awards.
