STS furthers marketing push with Górnik Zabrze extension
Polish operator agrees three-year extension to its sponsorship deal with the Ekstraklasa club
Poland’s largest bookmaker STS has extended its sponsorship of Ekstraklasa football club Górnik Zabrze.
Under the new contract, which runs until 2021, the STS logo will be located on the sleeves of the club shirts.
STS has sponsored Górnik Zabrze, who are currently fourth in the Polish top flight, since 2016.
CEO Mateusz Jurosek said: “STS is not only the largest bookmaker in the country, but also the largest private sponsor of domestic sport.
“After two years of cooperation with Górnik Zabrze, we continue the contract and enlarge its scope by including the STS logo on the players’ jerseys,” he added.
The operator recently secured a six-year extension to its Polish online betting license and made another marketing push in football by agreeing a partnership deal with the country’s futsal league.
