
Sun Bets sharpens CRM focus with live messaging deal
Tabcorp-powered operator integrates In-Play Messaging solution from digital marketing firm OtherLevels


Sun Bets has moved to boost its CRM capabilities and increase revenues by signing a deal with digital marketing platform provider OtherLevels.
The UK-facing sportsbook will now be able to deliver personalised and contextually-relevant messages to punters, promoting its latest in-play odds across all markets and live matches.
OtherLevels’s In-Play Messaging solution automatically sends out messages which are triggered by live events like goals and red cards to a target audience based on their previous betting history.
As a result, Sun Bets can provide bettors with personalised content to try and increase engagement, conversion rates and revenues for the operator.
