XLMedia secures deal for WhichBingo
London-listed affiliate powerhouse acquires UK-facing bingo comparison site
XLMedia has acquired UK-facing bingo affiliate business WhichBingo for an undisclosed sum.
WhichBingo was founded in 2000 by owner Phil Fraser and has carved out a reputation as one of the leading information portal comparison sites to cover the vertical.
London-listed XLMedia is hoping to integrate the full WhichBingo offering by the second half of 2018 after obtaining full ownership of WhichBingo’s affiliate accounts today.
The deal also includes the Bingo.org.uk, BingoWorld.co.uk and QueBingo.com sites.
XLMedia CEO Ory Weihs said: “We are delighted to acquire such a well-regarded UK brand and WhichBingo fits perfectly into our strategy of acquiring high quality assets across regulated markets.
“We continue to see a healthy pipeline of acquisition opportunities as we seek to both strengthen and broaden our market reach during 2018,” he added.
