
Playtech appoints new social media management agency
Soho-based creative agency Coolr will now handle social media activity for the London-listed supplier


Playtech has appointed London-based marketing agency Coolr to manage its social media channels.
The agency will be tasked with building up the strategic direction for Playtech across the supplier’s portfolio of social media channels in both global and local markets.
The brief also covers B2B and all stakeholder audiences across a broad online platform including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
James Newman, director of corporate affairs at Playtech, said: “Playtech is truly a global company in everything we do and the need for an integrated communications approach is essential.
“We wanted to work with an agency that brings a genuine understanding of how social can be used to deliver impact. We believe we found that with Coolr”.
Coolr is based in Soho in London and has grown to a team of 12.
