Stefano Macchia moves to Milan from Malta in new role as marketing manager for Italy


LeoVegas has hired former Betsson Group marketer Stefano Macchia as its new Italy-focused marketing manager.
Macchia previously worked from Malta as Italy marketing coordinator for Betsson’s Italian-facing B2C brand, StarCasino.
He will be responsible for marketing strategy and the allocation of the marketing budget for the Italian market in his new role, based in Milan.

LeoVegas Italy MD Niklas Lindahl told marketing publication Engage: “I am very happy that Stefano joined our team, we were looking for a young professional that already had consolidated important experiences and responsibilities in the world of digital marketing.
