
GVC extends Optimove CRM partnership
FTSE 100 operator strikes five-year extension with CRM marketing specialist across all brands


GVC has signed a five-year extension with Optimove across all global brands to manage CRM and player marketing via its Relationship Marketing Hub.
Optimove enables GVC’s CRM marketing operations to transform player data into actionable insights, helping to drive growth across the operator’s brands including Ladbrokes and Coral.
Additionally, GVC has decided to adopt Optimove’s realtime products on realtime marketing use cases, including self-optimising player journeys and event-based marketing.
Personalised messaging will also include odds changes, VIP status updates, jackpot status updates and balance drops.
According to Optimove, GVC experienced a 16% increase in average deposit amount, an 81% upturn in average casino stakes, a 39% increase in customer average future value and a 16% decrease in player churn.
