Raketech bolsters Spanish affiliate portfolio with Infinileads acquisition
Affiliate spends €4.5m to bring Marbella-based firm onboard as it targets growth in Europe and Latam

Raketech has acquired Spanish affiliate Infinileads as it looks to increase its global reach.
Raketech will pay €4.5m on a cash and debt-free basis to purchase the firm, with payments spread out across two instalments.
The first €2.5m payment will be paid at the closing of the deal on 31 July, with the remaining €2m set to be paid by 31 January 2022, with the addition of further potential payments based on performance over the next two years.
The purchase price represents a multiple of 3.8x EBITDA and 3x revenue at the affiliate’s current run-rate.
Infinileads’ key brand assets, Slotjava.es and Slotjava.it, will see Raketech expand its presence into Spain and Italy, respectively.
The agreement will also see Raketech take up a position in several of Latam’s Spanish-speaking markets, including Argentina, Mexico and Peru.
Raketech said the acquisition would lead to revenue from these regions representing 5% of group total in Q4 2020.
Oskar Mühlbach, Raketech CEO, said: “With the acquisition of Infinileads, we significantly increase our geographical footprint, taking strong positions on the emerging Latam market as well as Southern Europe.
“Infinileads’ scalable product portfolio aligns well with our scalable platform strategy and they have proven that with relative low investments and short go-to-market time, it is possible to take significant positions on emerging markets,” he added.
Raketech’s share price increased by more than 4% on Nasdaq Stockholm following the announcement.
