Fast Track lands Betika CRM supply partnership
Personalised marketing specialists to support African operator with customer retention strategy
Fast Track has expanded its global presence after inking a customer relationship management (CRM) supply agreement with Africa-facing operator Betika.
Betika currently operates in six African markets, with the Kenyan market being its largest.
Under the remit of the agreement, Fast Track will support Betika with its plans to create an automation-driven CRM strategy to increase customer retention.
Fast Track will use its multi-channel automations and built-in segmentation model to allow Betika to create precise marketing campaigns.
