Playtech explores player behaviours with new content discovery platform
POP tech will also allow operators access to its library of industry content suppliers

Playtech has announced the launch of its new Playtech Open Platform (POP) aggregation technology which will offer operators access to in depth analytics on how players interact with their website content.
POP is integrated with Playtech’s data drive IMS platform and offers operator partners its library of industry suppliers.
A Playtech statement said the firm’s mission was to “drive innovation in the gaming industry” and change the way content is created.
Marketplace is an ecosystem within POP that enables users to explore casino content available to operators via the Playtech platform and how users engage with the games.
Peter Mares, CTO of Games Innovation Labs, Playtech, said the platform would transform the experience of accessing content and integrating new games.
Playtech COO, Shimon Akad, said: “POP will cement Playtech’s status as the platform and technology provider of choice in the industry by bringing unparalleled access and integration capabilities to users.
“Combined with Marketplace and GPAS, we are looking at the future of content creation & discovery for the industry,” Akid added.
Online and retail bingo operator Buzz Bingo is the first operator to adopt POP.
