Superbet in RG push as it removes out-of-home commercial ads
Romanian firm beefs up responsible gambling strategy as it also introduces advertising exclusion zone around schools

Superbet has committed to a responsible gambling advertising strategy with a plan to remove all commercial out-of-home marketing in Romania by the end of H1.
The Bucharest-based operator will now take the steps to withdraw commercial advertising, including billboards and posters, and replace it with responsible gambling signage.
Superbet confirmed removal of the current marketing materials will commence imminently.
Additionally, the operator noted it would remove all out-of-home advertising, including responsible gambling ads, which are located within a 100-metre radius of high schools.
Superbet said the “unique self-regulation” demonstrated its commitment to sustainable and responsible gambling in Romania.
Superbet also said it remained in constant dialogue with the Romanian regulator and experts specifically around what best practices the firm can implement moving forwards.
