ComeOn Group adds former Genesis Global exec as people and talent partner
Elaine Debattista joins the Malta-headquartered firm as people and talent partner following Genesis Global stint

ComeOn Group has appointed Elaine Debattista as people and talent partner.
Debattista joins the Malta-based firm following a near two-year stint with Genesis Global.
She joined Genesis in May 2021 as a junior HR business partner before becoming a HR business partner in November 2021.
Debattista’s time at the operator abruptly ended in December 2022 when the company sent all its 140 employees a letter, dated 23 December, informing them of a company-wide staff redundancy.
That letter also informed employees that they might not be paid all or indeed any of the monies due to them.
Prior to her time at Genesis, Debattista spent almost two-and-a-half years at the affiliate Twin as an employment experience officer, and before that as a remote work co-ordinator at the Malta-based affiliate Raketech.
Debattista is the first hire for ComeOn Group since it promoted director of customer engagement Sherwin Jarvand from director of customer engagement to chief data officer in January 2023.
Jarvand will manage the group’s data strategy, utilising data gathered to drive customer marketing and personalisation.
This builds on his experience gained from previous roles at Addison Global and William Hill which covered analytics, product optimisation and customer engagement.
