Mindway AI bolsters senior team with ex-Gamban and EGR stalwarts
AI-led safer gambling firm moves for Niamh Gallagher and Stephen Aupy as it strengthens business development division

Mindway AI has added to its senior team with the appointment of industry stalwarts Niamh Gallagher and Stephen Aupy.
The safer gambling firm has moved for the pair, who will form part of its business development team, as it looks to continue its growth journey.
Gallagher links up with Mindway AI as social media and marketing manager after a stint with USAbility as head of marketing.
She previously spent more than six years with EGR, initially as head of event content before stepping up to become group head of content in January 2020.
Aupy joins the company as business development manager and will be responsible for leading global growth and expansion at the firm.
He joins the business after almost five years with Gamban, where he most recently served as VP of strategic partnerships.
Speaking on the pair’s arrival, Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard said: “I’d officially like to welcome Niamh and Stephen to the team and say how thrilled we are to have you both on board.
“This is a huge milestone for Mindway AI as we continue our journey to becoming a major force for player protection in the global gambling industry,” he added.
The duo become the latest hires for the Nordic firm after it named experienced financial crime data expert Jesper Blach Graversen as its new head of technology in February.
The company was founded by scientists from Denmark’s Aarhus University and is the brainchild of Professor Kim Mouridsen. Danish affiliate giant Better Collective holds a 90% stake in the firm.
