ComplianceOne Group bolsters team with ex-William Hill head
Jeremie Kanter joins the firm’s diligence in gaming division as VP of regulatory and internal audit

ComplianceOne Group has hired former William Hill compliance chief Jeremie Kanter as its new VP of regulatory and internal audit.
Kanter will head up the group’s diligence in gaming division, the firm’s regulatory and operational compliance arm, which supports operators across several jurisdictions.
Before joining ComplianceOne, Kanter was the group compliance director at William Hill between January 2022 and December 2022.
Kanter boasts a wealth of igaming experience, having served as chief compliance officer at both Tech4S and SBTech, as well as VP of compliance at CashBet.
Kanter has also spent more than a decade across two spells with Playtech. Originally joining the firm as part of the fraud operations team in October 2004, he spent time in the training department and became head of ecommerce in May 2008 before leaving the company in May 2011.
He returned to Playtech in July 2012 as presales and tenders director before becoming compliance manager and head of B2C and network services compliance in due course.
Antonio Zanghi, CEO of ComplianceOne Group, said: “In a sector where world-class regulatory compliance know-how is often hard to find, Jeremie brings unparalleled experience working with some of the biggest brands in the space. As the new lead of our diligence in gaming division, our partners couldn’t be in safer hands.”
On his new role, Kanter added: “ComplianceOne Group is the first company that’s able to offer gaming businesses a complete suite of products and services across all facets of compliance. This is a field that’s always evolving, and we’re now the only operation with both the team and scale to provide partners with 360-degree support.”
