FDJ launches responsible gambling campaign with PSG
Two videos have launched on social media advocating responsible gambling practices featuring football stars

ParionsSport, the sports betting arm of Françoise des Jeux (FDJ), has launched a responsible gambling campaign alongside Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in France.
The launch is intended to promote responsible gambling through preventative information for customers in the areas of “responsible and recreational” gambling, as well as highlighting the harms of underage gambling.
ParionsSport signed a three-year sponsorship deal with PSG in June 2022, with the new campaign making up a core part of its marketing strategy.
The launch sees the release of two 23 second videos, featuring nine PSG players including Kylian Mbappé, Gianluigi Donnaruma, Neymar and Sergio Ramos reminding bettors to gamble responsibly, and only if they 18 or older.
The premise of the campaign sees the players in the locker room pre-match getting ready for the game.
Richard Courtois, director of sports betting and poker at FDJ, said: “We are pleased that our collaboration with PSG has enabled us to jointly propose an awareness campaign on a fundamental subject for ParionsSport and the group.
“Sports betting must remain a recreational activity and only intended for adults. We want this message, carried by FDJ for many years and today with Paris Saint-Germain, to resonate strongly with as many people as possible,” he added.
Cynthia Marcou, director of sponsorships at PSG added: “As a new generation club. PSG is particularly sensitive to ethical issues and in particular the prevention of risks in sports betting.
“We are happy that with ParionsSport, we can promote a healthy and responsible practice. We hope this campaign reaches the club’s fans and beyond, to make a real difference.”
