Oddschecker launches new intelligence service
Leading affiliate uses Oddschecker.com data to offer Insight product to sportsbook operators

Price comparison affiliate Oddschecker has launched a new product offering operators the chance to purchase intelligence reports based around its website’s bet slip activity.
Headed up by the company’s data analysis specialist Jonathan Coen, Oddschecker Insight is a quarterly report aimed at helping operators review their business performance and position in the marketplace.
Since the new service went live in Q3, Oddschecker has already produced specifically tailored reports for leading online bookmakers such as BetVictor, Coral, Ladbrokes, William Hill, Stan James and Sky Bet.
According to Oddschecker, the data available to Insight makes it able to provide a more tangible analysis to operators in comparison to similar products offered by the likes of research and data company Kantar.
“With the data available at Oddschecker we can collate actual user betting behaviour in the real world, to show operators how they compare to their competitors across the market in general, across certain sports, on certain markets and between certain times of day,” Coen told eGaming Review.
The product had been in development for six-months in the run up to launch and since the distribution of its first set of reports feedback has been “overwhelmingly positive”.
“We are now seeing the Insight reports being used heavily by various departments at operators as a method of either judging their own traders, assessing the success of promotions, identifying where they are strong or weak in comparison to others, and all manner of ways,” Coen added.
The new product comes almost a year after the launch of its new website which saw improvements made to features such as its bet basket and the introduction of characters Inspector Odds and his dog Checker.
