Enteraction and Alderney Gambling become latest SGA members
Advisor to AGCC and social platform provider join the likes of Slingo, Bally and AbZorba Games as members of Social Gaming Association.

The Social Gaming Association (SGA) has announced its two latest members, with social platform provider Enteraction becoming an accredited member, and Alderney Gambling, the business development division of the Alderney Government, becoming a governmental member.
Alderney Gambling acts as an advisor to the jurisdiction’s egaming regulatory body the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, and SGA director Stuart Tilly (pictured) commented that he was “very encouraged” that the organisation was looking to gain a stronger understanding of the social gaming sector.
“We feel it’s imperative that regulators, legislators and other policy makers take an informed and educated view when deciding upon what position to take on the industry and I’m pleased Alderney Gambling are taking such a proactive role in furthering this aim,” Tilly explained.
Robin Le Prevost, Director of eCommerce Development at Alderney Gambling added: “Alderney has always been regarded as the most progressive licensing jurisdiction and with the burgeoning growth in social gaming we are committed to learning more about this vibrant and dynamic industry.
“We feel the SGA will contribute greatly to our knowledge and understanding in this regard,” he said.
Enteraction, which announced a deal to supply its GameShaper+ platform to Rank Interactive, last week, joins Slingo, Bally Technologies and AbZorba Games as an accredited member. The solutions provider’s managing director Andy Rogers said that his company’s decision to join the SGA highlighted its commitment to player protection:
“We share a lot of the same values and principles as championed by the SGA and it was clear to us that it was an association we wanted to be involved with. Our membership of the SGA is another sign of our commitment to supporting and promoting socially responsible initiatives.”
Tilly added: “Enteraction is leading the way in the development and supply of socially responsible gaming platforms and is a true advocate of the levels of probity, honesty and integrity that we are trying to promote as the standard for the social gaming industry.”
The SGA, which was formed under former Sportingbet legal counsel Tilly’s leadership in November last year, aims to promote self-regulation of the social gaming sector in order to promote a social responsibility and player protection. It is looking to establish further partnerships with European gambling regulators, and counts gambling consultants Melissa Blau of iGaming Capital and freelance consultant Steve Donoughue as advisors.
