Danske Spil posted profits of just under £100m in H1 2016, although this includes the contribution from retail which is roughly two-thirds of the business.

Susanne Mørch Koch from state-owned rail operator DSB has been lined up to replace outgoing CEO Hans Christian Madsen in April, which has only fuelled speculation the company could be heading for a part-privatisation, particularly with Koch having a background of M&A and no egaming experience.
