1xBet partners with NAVI to host CS:GO exhibition match
Sports betting operator to support legends versus current stars fixture on 1 August

1xBet has partnered with esports production company Maincast and esports organisation Natus Vincere (NAVI) to host a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) tournament this summer.
The Russian sports betting firm will lend its support to the one-day competition, which will feature NAVI players from 2010 face off against the current NAVI roster in what has been dubbed “the ultimate esports showdown of this summer”.
The idea was developed when former NAVI star Arsenii Ceh9 Trynozhenko was joined on a live stream by current NAVI CS:GO team captain Kirill Boombl4 Mikhailov, with fans clamouring for an official game between the two factions.
The match will take place on 1 August and will be live streamed by Maincast across its English and Russian-language Twitch channels.
As part of the preparation for the face-off, 1xBet will also launch a number of activations and competitions for NAVI fans, with more details to be announced in the near future.
A 1xBet spokesperson said: “Old school vs new school, boomers vs zoomers, NAVI 2010 vs NAVI 2020 — this is the ultimate esports showdown of this summer.”
