32Red extends Rangers shirt sponsorship deal
Operator signs a two-year agreement after its previous three-year partnership had come to an end

32Red has agreed a “new and enhanced” shirt sponsorship deal with Scottish football club Rangers.
The deal, which was announced by both parties yesterday, builds upon the initial three-year deal signed between the clubs in 2014.
Rangers said it would continue to provide 32Red with the strategic platform to increase awareness of its brand, with extensive visibility at the club’s Ibrox stadium and across its digital and media platforms.
32Red chief commercial officer Matt Booth said he was “thrilled” to have extended its deal with the historic Scottish Premiership club.
“Rangers have an unbelievably loyal following and we hope to see even more success return to this fantastic football club in the next few years,” Booth said.
“Everybody at 32Red would like to thank the staff at Rangers for all their help leveraging the 32Red brand over the past few years and we are excited about the journey ahead.”
Rangers revealed it had “a number of shirt sponsorship options” but that 32Red was the preferred option following an “extensive” sales process.
News of the deal comes one week after 32Red’s sale to Kindred Group was given the green light by the British regulator.
