888 continues restructure as William Hill lead becomes group head of product design
London-listed operator moves William Barraclough to parent company role after less than a year with Hills

888 has continued its internal restructure after moving William Hill product lead William Barraclough to become the parent company’s group head of product design.
Barraclough joined William Hill in May 2022 as global director of product design, where he was responsible for rebooting the product design teams across the Hills and Mr Green brands.
He returned to the industry after an eight-year hiatus where he took on design roles at Zoopla, Tide and Brunswick.
Barraclough previously spent four years at Betfair between October 2010 and October 2014 in his first industry role.
He joined the betting exchange as a lead UI designer before being name international principle interface designer in October 2012.
In his new role as 888’s group of head of product design, Barraclough will be responsible for design leadership across the FTSE 250 firm’s global portfolio, including William Hill, 888, Mr Green and the Sports Illustrated sportsbook.
Barraclough will also look to build out his product, design and UX team across 888’s global offices.
He will continue to be based in London.
Earlier this week, 888 shifted 888sport VP of marketing Michael Sheehan across to become the group’s director of strategic marketing for the UK.
