AGCC in MoU with Ontario regulator
Agreement allows for exchange of information and cooperation on investigations.

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Alcohol and Gambling Commission of Ontario.
Under the terms of the agreement the two regulators will exchange information and cooperate on investigations, as well as cooperating on the development of initiatives in a variety of areas with an eye towards “[enhancing] integrity, consumer protection, public confidence and anti-crime measures. “
Alderney’s regulator last year announced plans to conduct an external review, led by former UK Gambling Commission chair Peter Dean, following its handling of former licensee Full Tilt Poker.
The AGCC entered into a similar agreement with the Danish Gaming Authority last July, with the deal taking force upon the opening of the Danish egaming market earlier this year.
