
AskGamblers dispute service recovered nearly $9m in 2019
Casino Complaint Service reports record number of cases and success rate for clients


AskGamblers has confirmed that its Casino Complaint Service recovered more than $8.7m in delayed and unpaid money for players in 2019.
There were year-on-year increases for monies recovered, number of cases and success rate from 2018 to 2019.
The total amount recovered for players of $8.79m represented a 30% increase from 2018.
In 2019, there were 9,809 new cases which marked a 24% from the total number of 2018 cases.
A total of 6,804 players submitted complaints against 725 casinos in 2019, with 2,650 of those cases being accepted.
Out of the 2,650 accepted cases, 2,257 of them were resolved which translates to a 84% success rate compared to 2018’s rate of 72%.
In a statement, AskGamblers noted that the body was pleased to have broken its previous record.
