Bally launches remote gaming solution
Bally RGS integrated onto cloud-based mobile gaming platform " can also support social gaming offerings.

Bally Technologies has announced the launch of its new Remote Gaming Server (RGS), a B2B product for online and mobile gambling, following the expansion of its mobile games library last week.
The RGS product allows customers to seamlessly integrate Bally’s games portfolio into multiple channels, including a cloud-based mobile platform. John Connelly, vice president of business development, explained that RGS can act as an effective cross-selling tool by allowing operators to track the devices on which players place their wagers:
“When combined with Bally’s systems, the Bally Interactive products will deliver a single-view of the player “ on the casino floor, at home, and on the move. The way in which these products will be integrated across multiple platforms will provide powerful cross-marketing tools for operators and dynamic bonusing benefits for their players,” said Connelly.
The Bally RGS will also be used to support social gaming offerings, allowing customers to integrate free-play casino games onto their sites, and plans to integrate its full offering of egaming products into the server over the course of the year.
Bally announced the formation of its interactive arm in October last year, and hired former IGT client services director Michael Probert last month. January also saw the company sign an online-focused strategic partnership with Slovenian solutions provider Comtrade.
