
Bet365 seals Spotlight video content sponsorship extension
Sports betting operator expands partnership with Spotlight’s horseracing video series portfolio


Bet365 has extended and expanded its video sponsorship agreement with Spotlight Sports Group until 2021.
The sports betting operator will continue to sponsor one of Spotlight Sports Group’s video series and will be afforded exclusive sponsorship of an additional series.
Cheltenham Festival series ‘Upping the Ante’, which has seen 1.7 million total views, will continue to be sponsored by the Stoke-headquartered company.
Additionally, bet365 will become the new exclusive sponsor of the recently launched ‘What a Shout’ series, which has secured nearly two million views in just nine weeks.
Gethin Evans, Spotlight digital marketing director, said: “We’re delighted to grow our video content partnership with bet365 to include ‘What A Shout’. In only a few weeks, ‘What A Shout’ has firmly established itself as the must-watch horseracing magazine show, borne out with impressive engagement and retention rates.
“We are really excited about supercharging this, starting with daily shows for the Cheltenham Festival and a feature-length roundtable shows previewing the biggest events throughout the rest of the year,” he added.
