Betdaq launches horseracing BetFinder tool
New feature lets punters apply a variety filters to the day’s racing to quickly identify selections

Betdaq has launched a new bet-finding tool for horseracing that lets punters apply certain filters to the day’s racing to help them hunt for value.
Betdaq customers can narrow down their potential selections using filters like Trainers in Form, Winners Last Time Out, and Moving Down in Class or Course Winner.
The tool, which went live on Wednesday after several months beta testing on mobile, will use exclusive data content from ProForm Racing.
BetVictor has previously introduced a similar feature on its racing product.
Betdaq said the more advanced filters would prove particularly helpful for exchange users, with options like ‘Led Last 5 Runs’, helping to identify horses that could be laid in-running.
Betdaq MD, Shane McLaughlin said: “We made ProForm race guides and data available to our customers through an exclusive content deal last year and it proved very popular.
“Through BetFinder we are making the information contained in the data more readily accessible to customers through simple interfaces on both mobile and desktop. It’s a great way to quickly find the selections that suit your betting criteria each day.”
McLaughlin told EGR Intel the tool could be rolled out to the Ladbrokes Exchange later in the year should the existing content deal with ProForm be extended.
“BetFinder is all about making the information within the data more readily accessible so it could make sense to extend it to Ladbrokes Exchange, even though those customer are more at the consumer end of the exchange spectrum,” McLaughlin said.
Betdaq was acquired by Ladbrokes back in 2013 and shares liquidity with the Ladbrokes Exchange.
