Better Change lands YGAM founder as new non-executive director
Lee Willows to offer his support and knowledge to charity after seven years with YGAM

Better Change has appointed YGAM founder Lee Willows as its latest non-executive director.
Willows will join the company’s board of directors and lend his expertise in preventing gambling-related harm to the group.
Willows founded the charity YGAM in September 2014 and served as CEO until October 2021, overseeing programmes that aimed to educate and safeguard young people from gambling-related harm.
Better Change offers a range of services to the industry in its fight against gambling-related harm, including technology, training sessions and research projects.
Speaking on his appointment, Willows said: “It is a real privilege to be joining the talented team at Better Change. Its founder and I have known each other for several years and what I am particularly impressed by is Better Change’s mission and values as a social business.
“I am committed to contributing to their journey and together we are looking forward to working with stakeholders to further strengthen player protection and social responsibility,” he added.
Victoria Reed, Better Change founder, commented: “On behalf of the entire team at Better Change, we are honoured to have Lee Willows join our board of directors.
“His achievements in our sector have been second to none and we look forward to working with him to keep player protection and sustainability at the heart of the gaming industry.”
