Better Collective makes ‘seven-figure’ Finnish acquisition
Casino and sports betting site Premium Administration OU becomes the firm’s first acquisition of 2018
Better Collective has strengthened its position in the Nordics after acquiring Finnish affiliate site Premium Administration OU in its first deal of 2018.
Better Collective paid a seven figure sum for the casino and sports betting affiliate site that focuses on localised content to boost the firm’s presence in Finland.
As part of the deal, several sites including kasinosankarit.com and vastaveto.com were secured and will operate under the Better Collective brand and alongside its established Finnish arm.
Head of M&A at Better Collective Michal Kopec said: “We would like to thank the sellers for a transparent and fair process, we are very excited about carrying forward the magnificent job they have been doing.
“This is a perfect opportunity for us to continue growing across Europe, and the Finnish market has long been on our radar.”
Better Collective CEO Jesper Søgaard added: “After eight successful acquisitions in 2017, Premium Administration OU marks our first acquisition of 2018.
