Bodog88 adds anonymous poker tables
Asian-facing site adds feature already active with other Bodog brand licensees.

Bodog’s Asian-facing brand licensee Bodog88 has joined the Bodog poker network and introduced the recreational player model already available on the network’s other sites.
Features of the model include anonymous tables and blocks on datamining, with the operator claiming the move “Makes the Bodog Poker Network the fairest place to enjoy poker online.”
Jonas Odman (pictured), VP of the Bodog poker network, said: “Adding Bodog88 to the network will not only give us increased liquidity, but also a chance to market our product to a new audience who haven’t been clouded by those looking to protect the existing status quo of the few taking from the many.”
The Bodog network, ranked 14th for cash game traffic by Pokerscout, launched its new poker software “ featuring anonymous tables “ in November last year. Network licensees include Bodog Europe, Bodog88 and Bovada.
Last week the dormant Bodog.com domain was seized by United States authorities, while Bodog founder Calvin Ayre was indicted “ along with three other individuals “ on charges of conducting an illegal sports betting business and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
